TOD MILLER 12-time IRONMAN

I got turned onto running when I was 5 and ran my first 10k when I was 6. I loved to run and play soccer and to compete. I learned at an early age health and fitness felt good. Really good. In college, I got turned onto this sport called triathlons, and was hooked. I enlisted the services of world class coaches, qualified for Hawaii and have since completed 12 IronMan distance races. During this time I have also developed recovery modalities that increase healing and performance, such as BodyWalking and Beyond Massage Therapies.

Coach and Athlete Interaction is Vital

Your schedule will include all workouts, Focused Intensive Resistance Slow Training, (F.I.R.S.T) your heart rates, perceived efforts, power outputs, paces, time and nutritional input. The vital part of effective coaching is between you the athlete and me, the coach.

Communication is Vital. The more communication the better. Training is a dynamic and constantly evolving process. It is my intention to empower you to make good training decisions.

There is no limit placed on phone or email coaching consultation.
